Celebrating God In Flesh

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it…  And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:1-5; 14

Although the date is not the actual day, it is the date that was chosen to celebrate a real, true, historical event that took place in this world—the birth of Jesus Christ. Don't be mistaken, this day took place and is a fact.

Yet, let it be known... Jesus did walk the earth.

It is a major contradiction to say that Jesus was a good prophet or a great teacher. He was God in human flesh—the awaited Messiah! Some may try to hide from this fact but history itself was marked by Christ birth (B.C) and death (A.D.).

He walked the earth and dwelt among us.

He is God.

He is the Savior.

He is the Messiah.

Christmas is the day chosen to celebrate the birth of our Lord.

When we say Jesus walked the earth, we are saying God Himself, the creator, walked the earth—fully human and fully God!

This is what we are celebrating on Christmas and should celebrate throughout all the year. Let us celebrate our Savior Jesus Christ and not just during Christmas time but throughout the year!
